Enbridge’s Line 3 project has just received additional permits from the DNR to appropriate an additional 4.47 billion gallons of water for temporary trench dewatering along the remaining 144.5 miles of proposed construction for Line 3 - nearly a ten-fold increase from the 510.5 million gallons originally granted.
